With love, we share our Southwestern inspired Ruana, wrap, cape, poncho without fringe - made by our indigenous artisan friends in Ecuador!

We are so happy to share these elegant UNISEX WESTERN RUANAS. Ruanas are similar to a poncho, but much more versatile because they are open at the front, more like a cape, enabling them to be wrapped around you like a blanket, tossed over the shoulder and worn in a variety of ways. They allow more freedom of movement and are super-cosy and soft. Our ruanas are reversible, giving you two wearing and color options. We selected the 60/40 Alpaca/Acrylic mix as it makes them lightweight with no compromise on warmth or breathability. What's more, it makes them easier to wash and dry, as opposed to 100% Alpaca that requires dry cleaning. 

Above all, they look fantastic in the town or country and work well for both special occasions or every day wear.
